Recovering access to your account is a simple process that allows you to reset your password if you have forgotten it, ensuring you can quickly return to using the platform.

1º Accessing the login screen:


  1. Open your browser and access the octapipe login URL (for example: app.octapipe.com/login/yourdomain).

  2. On the login screen, locate the “Forgot your password?” link or button below the email and password fields.

2º Requesting password recovery:


  1. Click on “Forgot your password?”.
  2. A modal or a new page will appear requesting the email address registered on the platform.
  3. In the “Email” field, enter the address linked to your account.
  4. Click “Send” to request the password reset link.
3º Checking the recovery email:

  1. Access the inbox of the email address you provided.
  2. Locate the message sent by octapipe with the subject “octapipe - Password Recovery”.

4º New password:

The received message will contain your login information, including the new password generated by Support.


    Best practices:

    • Check spam: if you do not receive the recovery email, review your spam or junk folder.
